Core Values
Starting Kitesurfing in 2007 at the age of 11, Jannis Maus had never expected to be part of the worlds Kiteracing-Elite, fighting for one of the rare spots at the Olympic Games 2024 in Paris. 18 years later he finds himself being part of the “Olympic Team”, the highest national squad an athlete can achieve in Germany. Having started his PhD in Wind research in Renewable Energies, his dedication to Kitesurfing remains unconditionally supported through his core values on sportsmanship, sustainability and most importantly joy.
Aspiring a professional athlete career, his goal after the 2024 Olympic Games is clear: Claiming the Gold Medal at the Olympic Games 2028 in LA!
